Fix a rough split like VARC–40 min, DILR–40 min, QA–40 min & stick to it.
Scan the paper quickly & solve the easiest questions first to build confidence & score fast.
Round 1: Very easy, Round 2: moderate, Round 3: tough—don’t get stuck in Round 1.
Aim for a fixed number of questions every 10–15 minutes to stay on pace.
If a question looks confusing after 30–40 seconds, mark & move on—come back later.
Attempt only those questions you’re reasonably sure of; wild guesses kill your score.
Give timed mocks in actual CAT slot timing to train your mind & body for exam day.
