My ski instructor believes it will snow in the mountains tomorrow evening. (to snow)

In this sentence, the ski instructor believes that it will snow in the mountains. To predict or to refer to an event that will occur in the future, future tense is used.

The rule to write in future tense is will + present tense.

e.g. Tomorrow, I will drive you to the school.

In this sentence, the speaker is stating that he has been learning English for seven years now.

The past perfect continuous tense (also known as the past perfect progressive tense) shows that an action that started in the past continued up until another time in the past or till now.

The past perfect continuous tense is constructed using had been + the verb's present participle (root + -ing)

This sentence is the example of the conditional sentences. Where the speaker can only start his internship if he passes the exam.

The rule to write a conditional statement in future is, simple present + will.

E.g. If I hit a six, we will win the match.

She didn't want to move. She had lived in Liverpool all her life.

In this sentence, the person does not want to move from a place because the person had lived in that place all her life.

It is a past perfect from of verb. The past perfect is used in the same way as the present perfect, but it refers to a time in the past, not the present.

Another example is,

When George died, he and Anne had been married for nearly fifty years.

In this sentence, Larry had seen the film on the TV, which influenced him to buy the book.

We use the past perfect for something that started in the past and continued up to a given time in the past.

Option A is incorrect since we are talking about a single person and have is used in case of a plural subject.

Option B is also incorrect as this does not make a case for past continuous. The word 'after' tells that he had finished watching TV when he made the decision to buy the book.

I would have helped him if he had asked.

In this sentence, the person expresses his wishes or desire of helping the other person.

The past perfect is used for hypotheses, wishes and conditions in the past, we use the past perfect.

The plane will arrive at 4.30 pm.

In this statement, the announcement of the arrival of a plane is made. The event of arrival pf the plane occurs in the future therefore future tense is used describe an action that will happen in the future.

e.g. I will call him on Tuesday.

This statement describes an action after another action. We use past continuous for something which happened before and after another action.

If we compare the sentence if we use simple past instead pf past continuous form, then we will have to add after to reflect the completion of one action. The children did their homework when (= after) I got home.
