What Is The Scheme Of Examination For MHT CET?

• The Maharashtra Health and Technical Common Entrance Test is conducted at various centers across the state as well as outside the state. The test is held in an online mode (Computer Based Test) for Physics, Chemistry, Maths and Physics, Chemistry, Biology separately. 
• You have the option to appear in any one or both examinations. The authority will send you the group-wise test schedule a few days before the exam. Once you have chosen the option of the exam, you cannot change it under any circumstances. 
• The questions in the MHT CET will be based on the syllabus as prescribed by the State Council of Educational Research and Training Maharashtra. 
• There is no negative marking in the examination, however, the difficulty level of the test will be equal to the JEE Mains and NEET exam. Most of the questions in the MHT CET will be application-based. 
• This examination will include 3 question papers of multiple-choice questions with each paper of 100 marks. The details of the paper can be checked out in the image below. 

• The medium of the examination will be English, Marathi, and Urdu for Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. But, for the Maths paper, the mode of language will be only English. You are advised to select the medium of the question paper carefully while submitting the application as it cannot be changed later. 
• The states where the exam will be conducted outside Maharashtra include Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Delhi-NCR, Gujarat, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Telangana, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh. Whether the test will be held in these states depends on the availability of the candidates.
