National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the examination city information slip for the Common University Entrance Examination for Undergraduate, CUET UG 2024. Candidates who have registered for the entrance examination can check and download the information slip from the official website Exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-UG.
In a note on the website, NTA informed that the city information slips for the subsequent days of examinations will be released sequentially.

CUET UG 2024 Information Slip includes details of the exam city to help students plan their travel. Around 13.48 lakh candidates will participate in the entrance exam to be held between May 15 and 24. NTA will conduct CUET UG in 380 cities across the country including 26 cities outside India.
The Common University Entrance Test (CUET UG) 2024 for Undergraduate Programs will be a two-part examination providing flexibility to students. They can choose between taking the test on paper (pen and paper mode) or on computer (computer based test mode). For wider reach, the exam will be offered in multiple languages, including English, Hindi and 11 other regional languages.
CUET Admit Card 2024
According to UGC Chairman Mamidala Jagadesh Kumar, candidates can expect to see their CUET UG admit cards on the website of the National Testing Agency in the second week of May. He writes on X (formerly Twitter), "Downloading of admit card from NTA website will start in 2nd week of May 2024."
Syllabus
Language Subject: Language should be tested through reading comprehension (based on different types of passages – factual, literary and narrative), literary aptitude and vocabulary.
Domain Subject: As per Class 12 syllabus only.
General Test: General Knowledge, Current Affairs, General Mental Ability, Numerical Ability, Quantitative Reasoning (Simple Application of Basic Mathematical Concepts Arithmetic/Algebra Geometry/Merimetry/Statistics), Logical and Analytical Reasoning
CUET 2024 Exam Pattern- Section Wise
The total marks of the CUET exam vary as per slots and depend on the subjects chosen by the candidate. The marking scheme as per NTA is given below.

CUET UG Marking Scheme
- Correct answer or the most appropriate answer: Five marks (+5)
- Any incorrect option marked will be given minus one mark (-1).
- Unanswered/Marked for Review will be given no mark (0).
- If more than one option is found to be correct then Five marks (+5) will be awarded to only those who have marked any of the correct options.
- If all options are found to be correct then Five marks (+5) will be awarded to all those who have attempted the question.
- If none of the options is found correct or a question is found to be wrong or a question is dropped, then all candidates who have attempted the dropped question will be given five marks (+5) marks.
