UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAM
- You need to have a senior secondary school or equivalent examination with 45% marks for the general category, 42% for the OBC category, and 40% for the SC/ST category.
- Number of seats in the BALLB (Hons.) is as follows:
- Total seats: 120
- AILET merit seats: 110
- Seats for Foreign Nationals: 5
- Seats for OCI/PIO: 5
- Foreign Nationals and OCI/PIO candidates do not have to take the AILET, but they should have 65% marks in the qualifying examination.
POSTGRADUATE PROGRAM
- You can appear in the AILET for the LLM non-residential program if you have an LLB or an equivalent degree with 50% marks. SC/ST/ Persons with Disabilities require 45% marks.
- Number of seats in LLM is:
- Total seats: 80
- Seats on AILET merit: 70
- Foreign Nationals seats: 5
- OCI/PIO seats: 5
- There is also 1 additional supernumerary seat for Kashmiri migrants.
