President appoints the Judges of the Supreme Court and High Courts of the States.

The Union Parliament can pass laws on all subjects of the State List for that particular state. 

The Cabinet Secretariat is under the direct charge of the Prime Minister.The Cabinet formulates both external and domestic policies of the Government. It takes decisions on matters such as defence, economic policy, security needs, President's rule in State, the formation of new states, industrial policy, imports and electoral reforms. 

If anyone wants to contest in Lok Sabha election one should not be less than 25 years. In Indian constitution, there is no barrier related to educational qualifications. In given example option (C) and (D) are eligible for contesting in Lok Sabha election because they are above 25 years of the age.

Parliaments all over the world exercise some control over those who run the government. In some countries like India, this control is direct and full. 

According to Article 352, approval by each house requires a special majority those in favor of the motion must be two thirds of those present and voting, and amount to a majority of the entire membership of that house. A Parliamentary resolution extends the state of emergency for up to six months, and it can be extended indefinitely by further resolutions in six-monthly increments.

Under Article 352, the President can declare a national emergency when the security of India or a part of it is threatened by war or external aggression or armed rebellion that can be proclaimed by the President of India, when the president perceives grave threats to the nation from internal and external sources or from financial situations of crisis under the advice of the cabinet ministers.

The impeachment is to be initiated by either House of Parliament. The charges are to be framed in the form of resolution, signed at least by 1/4 th members of the total members of the House. The President has to be given a notice of 14 days in advance. The resolution is to be passed by 2/3 rd majority of the total members of the House and then it is to be sent to other House for investigation and decision. If the other House after investigation sustains the charges and passes the identical resolution with 2/3 rd majority of the total membership, the President ceases to hold office from the date such resolution is passed.

The Lok Sabha, unless sooner dissolved, continues to operate for five years from the date appointed for its first meeting and the expiration of the period of five years. However, while a proclamation of emergency is in operation, this period may be extended by Parliament by law for a period not exceeding one year at a time and not extending, in any case, beyond a period of six months after the proclamation has ceased to operate

The President may remain in office for a tenure of five years, as stated by article 56, part V, of the Constitution of India.
