The Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh (BIEAP), is gearing up to announce the results for the first and second inter exams tomorrow, April 12, at 11 am. The announcement, along with the list of toppers, will be made during a press conference by the Secretary of the Board of Intermediate Education at the Board's premises in Tadepalli, Guntur.
Once released, students can check the AP Inter first and second-year results 2024 on fastresult.in website and mobile app by entering their roll number and birthdate as indicated on their admit cards. This year, the first-year exams were held from March 1 to 19, and the second-year exams were held from March 2 to 20. The number of students who applied for the first-year exam was 5,17,617, while for the second-year exams, it was 5,35,056.
To pass the AP intermediate first and second-year exams, students must score a minimum of 35 per cent overall and in each subject. If a student is unhappy with their results, they can opt for re-evaluation. Those who fail the exams will have an opportunity to appear for compartment exams.
To check the AP Inter 1st, 2nd Year Results 2024:
Step 1: Visit the fastresult.in website and mobile app.
Step 2: Click on the AP Inter 1st / 2nd year results 2024 link.
Step 3: Enter the student’s date of birth and roll number.
Step 4: The results will be displayed on the screen.
Step 5: Download and print the mark sheet for future reference.
In 2023, the pass percentage for 1st year exams was 61 per cent, and for 2nd year exams, it was 72 per cent. In 2022, BIEAP 2nd year pass percentage was 61 per cent. The AP board achieved 100 per cent pass percentage in 2021. Between 2020 and 2019, the pass percentage has remained between 50 to 70 per cent.
