Daily Updates || Class 12 || CBSE Class 12 Board Exams 2021: Board Acknowledges Error in Sociology Paper

CBSE Class 12th Term - 1 Board Exams 2021: The CBSE on Wednesday, 01-12-21 confessed an error committed over a question asked in the Sociology paper in class 12 term-1 examination, 2021. The board confessed that error on Twitter (See Screenshot Below) and said the question asked in the class 12 sociology term 1 exam was inappropriate and it violate the CBSE Board guidelines for external subject experts for setting question papers. The CBSE Board will take strict action against the responsible persons.

The question was asked on Gujarat Riots, CBSE spokesperson Rama Sharma told to the news portal. Check the question given below (Image).

Further, the board referred to the guidelines that stated the papers setters have to ensure the question should be academic-oriented only and it should not touch upon domains that could harm sentiments of people based on Social and Political choices.
