Preparing a daily schedule is quite important for students as it speeds up the learning process and also ensures that your preparation is completed within the required time frame. The timetable also helps in reducing stress and procrastination. Students start acting instead of thinking about acting.

6:00 AM - 7:00 AM | Wake up, freshen up, meditate or exercise, and plan the study schedule |
7:00 AM - 9:00 AM | Study: Read 1 chapter thoroughly |
9:00 AM - 9:30 AM | Take a breakfast break. Do not study during this time, instead watch TV or talk to people. This will refresh your mind and calm you down for the next few hours |

Note:
- The study plan given to you is a suggestion. You can change the timing as per your convenience
- Students are advised to sleep peacefully and eat mindfully. Choose healthy food instead of junk food.
- Keep yourself active. Practice yoga, meditation or whatever suits you best
- Take frequent small breaks during long study sessions. We would advise you to take a break after a maximum of 1.5 hours
- It is also important to keep your mind and body refreshed. Hence, students should engage themselves in an activity of their choice. It could be walking, dancing, singing, etc. Do not spend too much time on it. Instead, devote a maximum of 30 minutes to the activity
- Students should reduce their screen time and instead use the breaks to talk to people or adopt some healthy habits
