Sarma held a meeting with many student unions to discuss the alternative evaluation criteria required after the cancellation of HSLC and HS exam 2021 due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. In this meeting there were other ministers as well such as the Finance minister, handloom & textile minister, etc.
