CUET 2025 : Registration

NTA will commence the CUET registration 2025 tentatively in last week of February 2025. Candidates will be able to fill the application form online. The last date for CUET UG 2025 registration will be notified. Candidates are required to register on pore before the CUET application form 2025 last date, failing which no applications will be accepted later. While submitting the CUET application form 2025, candidates must ensure to check all the details mentioned on the CUET form.

The CUET 2025 (Common University Entrance Test) will be conducted by NTA (National Testing Agency) for admission to More than 260 universities including central, state, deemed and private universities. The CUET Exam 2025 will be conducted in online mode (computer-based test). The exam will be conducted in three slots. There will be 4 sections in the exam, Section 1A(language test), Section 1B(optional language test), Section 2(domain-specific test) and Section 3 (General Test).

The CUET score for admission to Undergraduate Courses will be accepted by all the participating universities.

CUET 2025 Eligibility Criteria 

Let’s have a look at CUET 2025 Eligibility Criteria: 

• Candidates must check the eligibility criteria before applying for CUET UG. The National Testing Agency sets the eligibility criteria to sit for CUET UG Exam, However, the participating universities will set up the programme specific eligibility. 

• To be eligible for CUET Exam 2025, candidates must have cleared 10+2 from a recognized board. To know the exact eligibility criteria, all the candidates must check the official websites of the universities. 

CUET 2025 Registration Form

• Go to the official website: cuet.samarth.ac.in. 
• Do the CUET 2025 Registration by filling all the details. 
• On registered Email ID and mobile number, candidates will receive the login credentials. 
• Now, candidates can use the login details provided by the National Testing Agency and the CUET 2025 Registration form. 
• Upload the documents such as a scanned image of National Testing Agency passport-sized photograph and signature in the required format. 
• In online mode, pay the CUET registration fee. 
• For future reference, take the printout of the duly filled application. 

CUET Registration Fee 2025

Candidates are required to pay the CUET Registration 2025 form fees after filling out the CUET Registration form. The CUET registration fee can be paid through debit card, UPI, Paytm services, credit card and net banking.

Steps to fill the CUET 2025 Registration Form 

The following are the steps to fill the CUET 2025 Registration Form: 

CUET Registration 

• All the candidates should visit cucet.samarth.ac.in to do CUET Registration 2025. 

• Then, click on the Register Tab. 

• Candidates must carefully follow all the guidelines. 

• Click on the ‘Click here to proceed’ link. 

• Now, candidates have to fill in personal information. 
• Candidates must fill their address and mobile number.

• The next step includes a personal address which should be verified if the candidate’s permanent address is similar to the current address. 

• Create a password of 9-14 characters that should include one special character, one uppercase, one lowercase and one numeric value. For example, World@123. 
• Enter the password once again to verify. 
• Select a security question and answer it. 
• Enter the security PIN that has been issued to you. 

• Click on Submit to finish the registration process. 

Review Page

• Re check the information filled in each section of the CUET 2025 Registration form. 
• By checking the box next to the details and declaration, candidates must verify the 8 specific details. 
• If any candidate wants to update any of the information on the NEET 2025 Registration Form, they must click on the ‘Edit Registration Details’ button. 
• To submit the registration form, click submit and “send OTP to mobile” option. 
• An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number after the CUET 2025 registration form is submitted. 
• Click on the Submit button after entering the OTP and security PIN. 

CUET Registration 2025 Status 

A new page will appear after submitting the CUET 2025 with the registration number and an email with the registration number will be sent to their registered email address. 

Click on ‘Continue’ to fill out the CUET 2025 registration form. 

Filling the Registration form 

• All the candidates must fill their personal information in the first part of the registration form, which is similar to the registration process. A lot of information will be prefilled. 

• Check the current address stated earlier in the CUET 2025 Registration form after completing the personal information section of the registration form, and if candidates wish to make any changes, they may do so. 

• After that, the permanent address of the candidate will be revealed, the candidates will have the option to modify it. 

• If the permanent address of the candidate is the same as the current one, they can just tick on the box. 

Quota and Category

• Select ‘Yes’ if candidates fit into any of the following quotas and categories, and No if they don’t. 

• Now, Candidates can press ‘Back’ to return to the registration form and make any changes they want. 

• To save all the information, Click on the store button. 

Registration Form Review

Applicants will find a registration form filled out with personal information. 

After checking the form, candidates can click ‘back to dashboard’ to come back to the previous step, ‘Update Personal Form’ to change personal information, and ‘Proceed to Next section’ to go to the next step. 

Education Details 

• Now, it is mandatory for all the candidates to submit their educational information. 

• At first, candidates must give their Class 10th Passing Certificate

• After that, candidates must fill in information about Class 12. 

• After filling all the required information, all the candidates can click Save to continue or click on Back to return to the previous page. 

• Once you click on Save, the screen will display a complete registration form. 

• In case, a candidate wants to modify the details, they can click on ‘Update Educational Form’ and to go to the next page, they have to click on ‘Proceed to next section’. 

Examination Center Selection 

• As per convenience, Candidates will have to choose 2 exam centres. 

• After choosing the preferred examination centre, click on Save. 

• Click ‘Previous Section’ to return to the previous section. To change any details provided, click on ‘Update Examination Centre Form’ and to go to the next page, click ‘Proceed to next section’. 

Selection University and Programme 

• All the candidates can select their preferred university and programme, after that click the “Add’ button. 

• In case, if a candidate wants to change their programme, they have to click the ‘Remove’ button and then click on ‘choose another programme’. 

• To move to the next phase, click on ‘University / Program Selection Preview’. 

• Inspect the chosen programme and university. To modify something, go to the top right ‘Update’ button or the bottom-right ‘Update Programme Form’ button. 

• By pressing ‘Proceed to next section’, move on to the next step. 

Test Paper or Subject Selection 

Look at the selection rules first, after that look at the table to see how many languages or domain-specific subjects candidates can choose from. 

Select Test Paper / Subject(s) Selection 

• After that, as per the list of subjects given in the information bulletin, a candidate can choose a maximum of 10 subjects from the total of three sections. 

• After selecting all the subjects, candidates have to click on the confirmation box and then click on Save. 

Registration Form: Review Test Paper / Subject(s) Selection 

• Examine the selected programme and university. Go to the ‘Update Tab’ or the bottom-right ‘Update Programme Form’ button to make any changes. 

• By pressing ‘Proceed to next section’, move on to the next step. 

Upload Documents 

• All the candidates need to upload an image of themselves, their signature, and the Class 10 documents in the required format and size. 

• After you have selected your photograph and signature, click ‘Start Upload’ to upload all the papers or ‘Cancel’ to delete them. 

• After uploading their papers, candidates can press the ‘Proceed to Preview Section’. 

Review the duly filled Registration Form 

Double check all the information on the CUET Registration Form 2025 before moving on to the payment area. 

Particulars to be verified 

• All the candidates must validate some specific information by checking the box next to the given information and declaration at the end of the registration form. 

• To pay the CUET 2025 Registration Fee, click ‘Proceed to Payment’ after filling out all the requirements. 

Confirm Email ID 

• Type in their second box to confirm the email ID. 

• Then, after entering the security PIN, click on Verify. 

• On the registered email ID, a verification number will be sent. 

• Type that code in the section. 

• Press ‘verify’ after entering the verification code. 

Registration Status

• Now, candidates have completed the second stage of the registration process and can proceed to the last stage of the process, which is paying the CUET 2025 registration fee. 

• To pay the registration fee, Click on ‘Continue’. 

• All the details filled in by the candidate in the CUET 2025 registration form will now be presented, and the candidates will have to check them once again. 

• Make changes if relevant. 

• If all the information is correct, candidates should proceed until they reach the ‘Registration Payment’ part. 

Fee Payment

• Make sure you have all of the relevant payment information. 

• To complete the fee payment, select a payment gateway (SBI, Canara Bank, ICICI, or Paytm).

• Look at the amount due and click ‘Pay now’ to finish the transaction or if you want to go to the previous section, click on ‘click here to go back’. 

• Candidates should click ‘Pay now’ and fill out the required information before paying the CUET Registration fee. 

• To get the receipt of the fee payment, candidates should click on the ‘Confirm’ button. 

• Candidates should take care of the fee receipt until the CUET admission process is completed. 

• After paying the CUET Registration fee, you can download the CUET 2025 Registration Form. 

• For future use, keep a copy of the complete registration form. 

What Mistakes Candidates should avoid while filling out the CUET 2025 Registration Form? 

Let’s have a look at the mistakes which candidates should avoid while filling out the CUET 2025 Registration Form: 

• Do not upload a blurred image of your signature

• Use white paper as the background while scanning the photographs. 
• Make sure that you upload the required qualification certificates to the CUET 2025 Registration Form. 

• Make sure that you apply for the programme that your applicants are eligible for; your CUET 2025 Application Form can be rejected if your eligibility conditions do not match. 

CUET 2025 Registration: How to retrieve Application Number / Password? 

After filling out the CUET 2025 Registration form, candidates will be able to retrieve their CUET application number or password if they forgot. Also, candidates will have the option of getting their CUET registration 2025 application number / password from the National Testing Agency.

How to Reset CUET 2025 Login Password?

To reset your CUET 2025 Login Password, use the security question and answer which you selected when you were filling CUET Application Form 2025: 

• Using a verification code sent to your registered mobile number through text message. 

• Using the link emailed to your registered email address to reset CUET 2025 login password. 

What If a Candidate is facing problems in filling CUET Application form 2025? 

All the candidates who are facing difficulties in filling the CUET 2025 Application form should contact the National testing Agency’s helpdesk. Students must make sure that the documents which they are uploading fulfil the specific requirements before proceeding. 

How to Check the CUET Application Status 2025? 

The university has an option to check the CUET Application status 2025 online on their website after the successful submission of the CUET 2025 application form. Using credentials which they created during NEET 2025 Registration, candidates must log in. Those candidates who completed the CUET registration 2025 process but have not done the payment will not be able to track the status of their CUET Application. 

What after filling the CUET Registration form 2025? 

After completing the CUET 2025 Application form, students will be redirected to the payments page for the application cost. After paying the CUET registration fee, candidates must take a print out of the CUET fee receipt. 

CUET Correction Window 2025 

After CUET 2025 registration, for some time, candidates can use the correction window. Candidates can use their login credentials to use CUET Correction Window 2025. Candidates are requested to make the necessary changes in time because they won’t be able to make any changes once the registration is closed. 

CUET 2025 Application Correction: Editable Fields

• Name of the test passed: Candidates can change the names of the exams which they have qualified through CUET Correction Window.

• Gender: Candidates will be able to change their gender via CUET Correction Window 2025 

• Year of qualifying the exam: Candidates can change the year of qualifying of the exam via correction window for CUET 2025. 

• City: Candidates can make changes in their cities. 

• Medium: Candidates can change the medium of the exam

• Subject: Candidates can change the subjects which they have selected during the filling of the application form.

• Course: National Testing Agency enables a candidate to change or include other courses which they previously selected via CUET Correction Window. 

• Category: All the candidates will be able to modify the category. 

• Out of these details, candidates can change any one of them: Name of the candidate , Name of the mother, Name of the father ,Scanned Photograph, Scanned Signature.

CUET 2025 Application Correction: Non Editable Fields 

Students will not be able to edit the following details in the CUET 2025 Registration Form: 

• First Name
• Last Name
• Date of Birth
• Nationality
• Mobile Number
• Email Address 
• Name of the Mother
• Name of the Father
• Aadhar Card Number 
• Address (Permanent and Correspondence)

Things to keep in mind while CUET 2025 Registration 

Let’s have a look at the things which candidates should keep in mind while CUET 2025 Registration:

• Candidates can only apply to three core universities. If they want to apply to more than 3 universities, they need to pay the CUET registration fee again. 

• Unless the CUET test fee has been paid, the examination authorities will not accept the candidate’s application form. 

• On successful CUET 2025 Registration including fee payment, an email and SMS will be sent to the registered email ID and phone number.
