Anticoagulant Hirudin is extracted from leech which is used for medicinal purposes. It can remove the clots from blood and is hence used extensively post surgeries.

Scorpion, Snake or Lizards do not produce Hirudin in their bodies.

(a) Nissl's granules are the granular structure which is present in the neurons. These are the granules of rough endoplasmic reticulum and are the site of protein synthesis.

(b) It is localized in the Cyton and Dendron. It is visualized by Nissl staining method.

The proteins produced by it are used for inter-cellular mechanisms.

(b) Areolar tissue is a type of connective tissue which is present in between skin and muscles, around blood vessels, nerves and in the bone marrow.

Albumin is globular protein.
