Data Handling (Chapter 5)

When we collect the information for the analysis purpose we call it data. Data is collected in a systematic manner so that the analysis process could be seamless. 

The process of collecting data in a systematic manner is called data handling.

This topic has a broad area but, here in this chapter students will get a chance to study the basics and fundamentals of data handling. 

The terms such as raw data, frequency, pie chart, histogram, etc. have been covered.

5.3 Grouping Data:- We can surely organise and represent the data in various organising or representing methods however, these methods are ideal for less number of data. But for the large amount of data, we have to group them to make it short and precise. Also, grouping data is quite a convenient way to make groups of observations.

5.4 Circle Graph Or Pie Chart:- By introducing the circle graph or pie chart, this section helps students to identify how a circle graph looks like.
