15, 151 Students have filled the application form to appear in the BSE Board Class 10th Exam which will be conducted from July 30. This special exam will be held in offline mode, and its evolution process will start from August 6.
This year the BSE board has cancelled its matric examination due to COVID-19 Pandemic. And, the board has released that 98% of students who were registered for the BSE Class 10th board exam have passed with different grades based on the alternate evaluation criteria. Many students from the state, mainly private school students have filled the application form to appear in the offline examination which is scheduled to be held from July 30. According to the students they have been awarded scores less than their exceptions or they deserve.
The evaluation criteria prepared by the BSE Board for the students whose exam was cancelled is now receiving much criticism from the students for BSE’s assessment scheme. According to them, the board has tweaked the scores which were submitted by their school’s teachers.
Now to save face from the criticism the BSE board has announced to conduct the offline board examination for the students who are unsatisfied with their final board scores. However, students are given only 4 weeks to prepare for these special board exams.
Also, the board has decided that the marks scored by students in the offline examination will be the final score.
