CBSE Class 10 Mathematics (Basic) Question Paper  Term 1 Exam 2021-22

The Central Board of Secondary Education is conducting the Term 1 Exam for Classes 10th and 12th. Today, Class 10 students wrote their Maths Paper. Examination for both Standard and Basic papers was held from 11:30 AM to 01:00 PM. Question papers were distributed to students at 11:10 AM so that they can read the paper thoroughly before they start writing the paper. Maths(Basic) paper is amongst the most crucial papers in CBSE Class 10. The CBSE Class 10 Maths(Basic) Term 1 Paper has MCQ-type questions designed in different formats like questions based on assertion-reason, case study, and competency-based questions. The paper will be of 40 marks with 40  questions to be attempted out of the given 50 questions. The question paper will be divided into three sections as follows:

1. Read the paper thoroughly in 20 minutes reading time. Read all questions and options.

2. Be careful with the choices and attempt the one which your are more confident about.

3. Attempt only the required number of questions in each section.

4. For calculations and rough work, use the additional sheet provided in the examination hall.

5. Make sure you attempt 40 questions. Do not leave questions as their is no negative marking.
