The MSBSHSE released the evaluation criteria for Maharashtra Board Class 10th (SSC) students. As per the latest released latest passing marks criteria the students will be marked based on the internal assessment. The SSC exams were cancelled due to COVID-19 Pandemic. However now, the Maharashtra Board Class 10th (SSC) result is likely to be released in the middle of July Month.
Maharashtra State Education Minister Varsha Gaikwad tweeted the evaluation criterion for the SSC Exams. Students will be marked based on the class 9th and 10th, Marks of both the classes will have 50 percentage weightage.
The class 9th marks will be given more priority, out of the 100 marks the 50 marks will be calculated as per the class 9th performances. Where the rest 50 marks will be divided into two different sections - 30 marks will be from the class 10th internal assessment and the 20 marks will be from the homework or practical and the assignments.
By June 30 schools have to submit the results and the SSC 2021 evaluation will begin by July 3.
Earlier on 28 May, the Maha Government had announced that the Class 10th students will be evaluated through an internal assessment for the year of 2021. However the government also announced that the class 11th examination will be conducted via an Common Entrance Test (CET) the syllabus for this exam will be Maha class 10th syllabus. For those who will not be able to appear in this examination will be admitted on the basis of class 10th marks.
