UPMSP Class 12th Board Exam Cancelled: Read Here, Students will be Promoted or not?

Inspired by the PM Narendra Modi decision of Cancelling CBSE Class 12th Board Exam. UP CM Yogi Adityanath has also decided to Cancel the UP Board Class 12th Exam.
The decision was taken in the meeting chaired by CM Yogi Adityanath in the presence of Deputy Chief Minister Dinesh Sharma. Who also holds the charge of the secondary education Department.

On official twitter handle CM Yogi Adityanath tweeted in hindi “In the present circumstances amid the Covid pandemic, the health safety of children is our priority. Taking inspiration from the Prime Minister, UP government has decided not to hold class 10 and 12 board examinations.”
Deputy Chief Minister Dinesh Sharma said “the preparations for conducting the examination had been completed, but given the priority of safeguarding the health of students and teachers, the high school examination of the year 2021 was cancelled earlier and today it was decided to cancel the intermediate exam for the year 2021 and promote the students”.
Approximately over 26 Lakhs of students were registered for class 12th board exam in the state.
Mr Sharma said the decision has been taken to promote the class 10th and 12th students and a committee has been constituted under chairmanship of Additional Chief Secretary Aradhana Shukla and the final decision will be taken and marks will be given on the basis of the panel’s recommendations.
He also said promoted students of class 12th can seek admission in colleges.
UP Board cancelled the class 10th examination last month and there were nearly 30 lakhs students registered for the class 10th board examination. Those students were promoted to class 11th.
