JEE Main 2019: Application Process For April Exam Started

National Testing Agency (NTA) has released first notification for Joint Entrance Examination (Main) 2019 April exam, on February 08, 2019.

As per the notification, the JEE Main 2019 2nd Attempt for B.Tech / B.E / B.Arch / B.Plan Exam will be held from April 07 to 20, 2019.

Paper-1 will be held in two shifts i.e. from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm. However, the shifts and timing for Paper-2 is not confirmed yet.

The Paper 2 for Architecture may or may not be held in two shifts.

JEE Main 2019: Application Form

NTA will released JEE Main Application Form 2019 today, on jeemain.nic.in. The tab for “Online Application for JEE Main April 2019 is being available Today soon” is now available on the website and indicates the form can be released anytime soon.

JEE Main 2019: Application Fees 

To submit the JEE Main 2019 application form, the candidates need to pay the amount as given in the table below. The application fee for First attempt and Second attempt is same.

JEE Main 2019: Eligibility Criteria

The students must check JEE Main eligibility criteria before proceeding to apply for the exam. The eligibility criteria for JEE Main 2019 is as follows:

  1. There is no age limit for the candidates for appearing in JEE Main 2019.
  2. The students should have passed Class 12th or its equivalent exam in the year 2017 or 2018.
  3. Students who will appear in the Qualifying examination in the year 2019 are also eligible to apply for the exam.
  4. The students should have passed Class 12th in at least five subjects.
