National Testing Agency is conducting CUET (UG) – 2024 at various locations across the country (380 cities) including 26 cities outside India in pen and paper mode on 15, 16, 17 and 18 May 2024. The examination of 15 subjects will be conducted in OMR format at three times the examination centres.

✪ Arrive Early: It’s recommended to reach the examination center at least 1-2 hours before the exam starts. Note that candidates won’t be allowed in if they arrive less than 30 minutes before the exam begins.

✪ Stay Put: Once inside, candidates must stay in the examination room/hall until the exam concludes.

✪ Know Your Venue: Verify the location of your exam venue a day in advance to avoid any last-minute hassles.

✪ Dress Code: If your religion or customs dictate specific attire, arrive early for thorough screening. A handheld metal detector will be used for a non-intrusive search.

✪ Admit Card Details: Ensure all details on your CUET Admit Card 2024 are correct. Paste your photograph and provide a clear thumb impression, preferably from your left hand.

✪ ID Proof: Bring any one of the original and valid photo identity proofs issued by the government, such as PAN Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, Passport, Aadhaar Card, etc. Mobile phone photos or photocopies won’t be accepted.

✪ Special Consideration: Physically handicapped candidates may get compensatory time, while those under the PwBD category should bring the required certificate.

✪ Exit Procedure: Hand over your filled admit card to the invigilator before leaving the exam hall. Failure to do so may result in your answers not being evaluated.

✪ Fair Play: Avoid any unfair means during the exam, as all centers are under CCTV surveillance.

✪ Check Your Question Paper: Make sure the question paper on your screen matches your chosen subject and medium. Notify the invigilator if there’s any discrepancy.

✪ Follow Instructions: Read and adhere to all subject-specific and general instructions mentioned in the question paper.

✪ Single Application: Submitting multiple applications can lead to cancellation of candidature and legal consequences.

Items to Carry for CUET Exam

Admit Card: As mentioned earlier, the admit card is a must. Keep it safe and accessible.
