CUET 2024 will be conducted from May 15 to May 24, 2024 as per the revised schedule. As per the datesheet, 15 test papers of CUET UG exam will be conducted in offline mode from May 15 to May 18, 2024. For the remaining 48 subjects, the exam will be conducted in CBT mode from May 21 to May 24, 2024.

CUET Exam 2024: What to Bring to the Exam Hall

If you’re appearing for the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) in 2024, it’s essential to know what items you can carry into the exam hall. Follow these guidelines to ensure a smooth exam experience:

Admit Card: Take a printout of your CUET admit card. Make sure to provide your self-declaration where indicated.
Valid ID Proof: Carry any valid ID proof (such as Aadhar card, passport, or driver’s license) for verification purposes.
Passport-Size Photograph: Bring a passport-size photograph (the same one you uploaded during the online application process). You’ll need it to paste on the attendance sheet during the examination.
PwBD certificate (if applicable) : PwBD certificate issued by the authorized medical officer, if claiming the relaxation under PwBD category or PwBD Certificate regarding physical limitation in an examination to write as per Annexures given in Information Bulletin, if claiming the relaxation under PwBD category
Stationery: Pack your stationery kit with essentials like pencils, pens, erasers, and a geometry box. It's recommended to carry two or more sets to avoid any last-minute inconvenience.
Water Bottle: Keep a transparent water bottle with you. Staying hydrated is crucial, especially during a lengthy examination.
Watch: Wear a watch to keep track of time. However, it's important to note that smartwatches are not allowed inside the examination hall.
Mask and Sanitizer: Considering the ongoing health concerns, it's advisable to carry a mask and a small bottle of hand sanitizer. Follow the COVID-19 guidelines issued by the authorities

CUET Exam 2024: Candidates are not Allowed to Carry Banned Items

The National Testing Agency released the detailed information brochure at the time of the application process. The brochure contains important information regarding the items that are prohibited at the examination centre:

Any item like textual material (printed or written), bits of paper, geometry, pencil box, plastic pouch, calculator, pen, scale, writing pad, pen drives, eraser, log table, electronic pen, or scanner is not allowed inside the examination hall.
Communication devices such as mobile phones, Bluetooth devices, earphones, microphones, pagers, health bands, etc., should not be taken into the examination hall.
Other items like wallets, goggles, handbags, belts, caps, watches, wristwatches, bracelets, cameras, ornaments, metallic objects, opened or packed food items, water bottles, and microchips are also prohibited.
Candidates wearing articles or objects of faith (customary/cultural/religious) should report at the examination center at least two hours before the last reporting time. This allows for proper frisking without inconvenience while maintaining.
