The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced that the results for the Common University Entrance Test Undergraduate (CUET UG 2024) will be declared on June 30. This exam, the second largest national-level entrance test, is for candidates seeking UG admission in central universities, state universities, and other participating institutions.

The CUET 2024 exam was held from May 15 to 24 in hybrid mode, including both computer-based tests (CBT) and pen-and-paper formats. Approximately 13.48 lakh candidates took the exam in 379 cities, including 26 international locations. The NTA also conducted re-exams for 1.52 lakh students affected in Delhi, Faridabad, Gurugram, Noida, and Ghaziabad for seven papers.

CUET 2024 Answer Key and Challenge Window
The NTA will release the CUET 2024 answer key and provide a challenge window on the official website. Candidates wishing to challenge the answer key must pay a non-refundable fee of Rs 200 per question.
CUET 2024 Exam Pattern
Candidates had to answer 40 out of 50 questions for all test papers and 50 out of 60 for the general test. The marking scheme awards five marks for each correct answer, deducts one mark for each incorrect answer, and gives zero marks for unanswered questions.
Post-Results Process
After the CUET 2024 results are declared, qualified candidates must participate in the counseling process to secure admission to their desired colleges. They will also have the opportunity to apply to universities they did not opt for during the registration process. The NTA has instructed institutions to consider applications from candidates who appeared in CUET, provided they meet the eligibility criteria set by the participating universities.
