CUET UG 2024: When Will NTA Release Final Answer Key and Results?

The National Testing Agency (NTA) may conduct a re-test of the Common University Entrance Test Undergraduate (CUET UG) 2024 between July 15 and 19 if the complaints raised by the candidates are found to be true.

NTA sources had earlier told media reports that the CUET UG results would be announced by July 10, however, the result is getting delayed due to the announcement of the re-test.

When released, candidates will be able to check the CUET UG result.The exam took place in 379 cities, including 26 cities outside India, with approximately 13.48 lakh candidates participating.

CUET UG 2024 was conducted between May 15 and 29 and the provisional answer key of CUET UG was released on July 7 and candidates were asked to raise objections by July 9. The challenges made by the candidates will be verified by a panel of subject experts.

If a candidate's challenge is found to be correct, the answer key will be revised and applied to all candidates' responses accordingly. Based on the revised final answer key, the CUET UG result will be declared.

This year, for the first time, the CUET UG exam was conducted in hybrid mode. The exam in Delhi was cancelled a night before the exam citing logistics issues. Also, a controversy arose after a wrong question paper was distributed at a centre in Kanpur and the exam was cancelled and rescheduled.
