CUET UG Exam 2024 Latest Update : NTA Advises to Use Already Downloaded Admit Card; Important Instructions for Students

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has kicked off the Common University Entrance Test, Undergraduate (CUET UG) 2024 exam today. This year's CUET UG exam will be wrapped up in just seven days without any normalization process. Moreover, all exams will take place in a single shift. For candidates opting for the Delhi center, their exams have been canceled and rescheduled for May 29.

CUET UG 2024 is being conducted in hybrid mode, featuring 15 subjects in pen and paper format and 48 subjects in computer-based mode. A whopping 13.4 lakh candidates have registered for this common entrance test, aiming for admission to undergraduate courses in 261 central, state, deemed, and private universities, as confirmed by the National Testing Agency (NTA).

CUET UG 2024: NTA asks Candidates to Bring Already Downloaded Admit Card

Candidates have been complaining since yesterday evening saying that they are unable to download CUET Admit Card 2024 from the official website – Exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-UG/. In a reply late night, NTA asked candidates to carry the already downloaded admit card to the exam centre.

Candidates have to remember that they have to bring a hard copy of their admit card along with their passport-size picture that was used in the CUET UG application form. Students who are yet to download their admit cards can do so from the official website — exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-UG/.

In case a candidate faces issues in downloading the latest Admit Card from the web portal, he/she should reach the Examination Centre with the Admit Card already downloaded by him/her and appear in the Examination.

CUET Exam Updates: When will NTA announce new exam centers for canceled exam centers in Delhi?

The admit card downloaded on May 14 states that the new exam date will be informed by 7 pm today (May 15). Those affected by the postponement of CUET UG at centers across Delhi will be able to take their exams on May 29.

Some parents of CUET UG 2024 candidates have also alleged that last minute changes have been made in the examination center and they were informed at the last hour. A candidate whose center was earlier declared as Delhi was later changed to Faridabad. The student came to know about the Faridabad center on 14 May.
