Process of WBJEE Counselling 2023

To participate in WBJEE 2023 counselling, candidates can follow the steps outlined below:

Step 1: Register for WBJEE Counselling 2023

In the initial stage, candidates must complete the registration process for WBJEE counselling 2023. Using their WBJEE 2023 roll number and password, candidates can log in and register for the counselling process. The required details should be provided in the online counselling form.

Step 2: Choice Filling and Locking

Registered candidates need to fill in their preferred choices of colleges and courses. Failure to complete this step will result in non-consideration for admission and seat allotment. Once the option entry process is completed, candidates must lock their choices for the final WBJEE seat allotment. Candidates who do not lock their choices will be allocated seats based on their last saved preferences.

Step 3: Payment of Fee

Next, candidates must pay the counselling registration fee of INR 500, which is non-refundable. The payment should be made online through net banking, credit card, or debit card.

Step 4: Check the WBJEE Seat Allotment Result

Candidates will be assigned seats based on their rank, preference list, and seat availability. The WBJEE 2023 seat allotment result will be announced online and the process will be conducted in three rounds. Candidates who receive seats in the first round of allotment must report to the designated reporting centers. Verified candidates will be required to pay the provisional admission fee (mentioned below) at the reporting center.

Note: Please refer to the official WBJEE website and notifications for the most up-to-date and accurate information regarding WBJEE 2023 counselling process, dates, and procedures.
