5. Enter the OTP you receive to complete your registration.
6. Log in with your application number and password.
7. Fill out the application form and upload the required documents.
8. Save, submit, and pay the registration fee.
9. Download your application form for future reference.

Before registering, make sure you have these documents ready in both digital and physical formats:

• Class 10th and 12th Marksheet
• Class 10th and 12th Passing Certificate
• Aadhar Card
• Scanned images of fingerprints

How to Fill the NEET Application Form

Log in using your application number and password. Make sure the information you enter matches your School Certificates. Here’s what you need to provide:
