CAT 2025 : Introduction

Common Admission Test (CAT) 2025 is a major management entrance exam at the India level, which is being conducted by IIM Kozhikode this time. Every year more than two lakh candidates from all over the country appear for this exam. CAT 2024 was conducted by IIM Kolkata.

Through CAT score, candidates can get admission in more than 1200 top MBA colleges in India, including the leading 21 IIMs. Now NITIE Mumbai is known as IIM Mumbai and it also accepts CAT score.

Objective of CAT Exam

The exam tests the candidate's speed and efficiency in three main areas:

• Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension (VARC)
• Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning (DILR)
• Quantitative Ability (QA)

The level of the exam ranges from moderate to difficult and tests time management and conceptual understanding.
