CAT 2025 : Result

The Common Admission Test (CAT) 2025 is conducted for admission to MBA and other PG courses in prestigious management colleges of India, especially IIMs. The CAT 2025 exam will be conducted on 30 November 2025 (Sunday) in computer-based mode in three shifts. This year the exam is being conducted by IIM Kozhikode.

CAT 2025 Result Date (Expected)

The CAT 2025 result is expected to be declared in the first week of January 2026. Like previous years, the result may be released early morning.

How to Check CAT 2025 Result?

• Visit the official website of CAT iimcat.ac.in
• Go to the 'Login' section
• Enter the user ID and password
• Choose the option to download 'Scorecard'
• Save and print the scorecard in PDF format

What will be in the CAT 2025 Scorecard?

Candidates will be able to download their scorecard in online mode only. The scorecard will contain the following details:

• Candidate's name and registration number
• Category and photo
• Score of each section
• Total score
• Percentile of each section
• Overall percentile

How many candidates will be there in CAT 2025?

Last year (CAT 2024), more than 2.93 lakh candidates appeared for the exam. This number may increase further in CAT 2025.

In CAT 2024:

• 14 students scored 100 percentile
• Of these, 13 were engineers and only 1 non-engineer
• 1 female candidate got 99.99 percentile
• The scoring pattern and percentile ranking may remain the same in CAT 2025 as well.

What to do after CAT result?

After the result is out, candidates should focus on the following steps:

• Apply to IIMs and other B-Schools based on the score
• Check the cutoff of different institutes
• Prepare for WAT (Writing Ability Test), GD (Group Discussion), and PI (Personal Interview)
• Keep all the documents ready
