Steps to Fill Out the CUET Form
Before starting the form, students should review a few important details to avoid mistakes and understand the process fully.
- Check the course eligibility and subject requirements
- Review the list of participating universities
- See the courses offered by each university
- Identify the top colleges for specific courses
After reviewing these, students will be better prepared to complete the CUET 2025 application form. Here’s how to fill it out:
Step 1: Visit the Official CUET Website
The CUET 2025 application form is available on the official website. Visit the site and download the brochure for guidelines, important details, and the application deadline. Log in with your registration credentials.
Step 2: Complete the CUET Application Form
The form will ask for personal details, exam information, educational background, course and university choices, exam center preferences, a photo, signature, and a declaration. Enter each detail carefully, and double-check for spelling and accuracy.
Step 3: Choose Your Course & University Preferences
Select your preferred universities and courses carefully. Review each course’s eligibility criteria before applying. Choose universities first, then select specific courses within them. Remember, you don’t need to choose all universities to qualify for admission.
Step 4: Select Language & Subject Choices
At this stage, students choose a language and domain-specific subjects for the exam. You can pick up to six subjects total, including one language. Adding the General Test (GT) can give more options. Choose up to four exam centers in your order of preference.
Tip: If selecting a regional language, make sure to choose an exam center where it’s offered (e.g., Marathi is only available in Maharashtra).
Step 5: Upload Required Documents
Students must upload their photo, signature, and any category certificate to complete the form. Follow these specifications:
Document | Size | Format |
Photograph | 10kb to 200kb | JPG/JPEG |
Signature | 4kb to 30kb | JPG/JPEG |
Category Certificate | 50kb to 300kb | JPG/JPEG |
After uploading, preview the form and confirm all details, including email ID and password. Make sure the photo and signature are clear to avoid rejection.
