There is NO age limit to appear for the GATE exam 2021.

GATE 2021 Conducting body IIT Bombay has relaxed the eligibility criteria for the GATE 2021 Examination. GATE 2021 Eligibility criteria is relaxed from the minimum of 10+2+4 (ongoing) to a minimum of 10+2+3 (ongoing). So, as per this new GATE 2021 eligibility criteria, an engineering student who is currently studying in the 3rd or higher years of any undergraduate degree program OR has already completed any government-approved degree program in Engineering / Technology / Architecture /  Science / Commerce / Arts is now eligible to appear for the GATE 2021 exam. It will now enable even those in the third year of their undergraduate studies to appear for the GATE examination.
