GATE CE 2023 : Application Form

GATE 2023 Application Form are scheduled to be released on August 30, 2022. Candidates can fill GATE 2023 application form through GATE Login- GOAPS (GATE Online Application Processing System) on the official website. Women/ SC/ ST/ PwD candidates must pay INR 850 as the application fee while all the other candidates are required to pay INR 1700 online.

GATE 2023 aspirants are required to upload scanned documents while registering for the exam. These documents must be uploaded as per the guidelines shared by GATE Organising Institute.  GATE 2023 Application Form: Registration Fee 

Candidates appearing for GATE 2023 need to pay an application fee online through net banking facility/credit card or debit card only. GATE 2023 application fee is neither refundable nor transferrable. GATE 2023 Application Form mentioned in the table below is the fee for a single paper. Candidates applying for two papers must pay double the amount.

 GATE 2023 Application Fee for Centers Outside India 

GATE 2023 is scheduled to be conducted at 4 exam centers outside India. Candidates applyfing for the exam outside India need to pay the application fee in USD. GATE 2023 Application Fee for centers outside India is the same for all the candidates.

 How to Fill GATE 2023 Application Form? 

Candidates can apply for the GATE 2023 exam through online mode only. There are no offline forms for GATE Registrations. The exam authority releases a guide for the successful submission of GATE Application Form every year. Candidates can check the steps below while applying for GATE 2023 Application Form-

1. Register for GATE 2023 – Candidates must first visit the official website for GATE 2023 and register as a “New User”. After successful registration, an application number/ enrollment ID will be sent on the registered email. 
2. Fill GATE 2023 Application Form – Login using GOAPS Enrollment ID and Password sent to the registered ID. Fill in the details such as educational qualification, personal details, etc. asked in the application form.
3. Upload Required Documents – Upload scanned documents including Passport-size Photograph, Signature, Eligibility Certificate, SC/ST Certificate and PwD Certificate as per the given guidelines above.
4. Pay GATE Application Fees – Based on the category, candidates must pay the application fee through credit card, debit card, or net banking.
5. Complete Declaration – Before submitting the application form, a candidate must read and accept the declaration statement. Once the declaration has been accepted, candidates can submit the application form.

 GATE 2023 Form Correction 

GATE 2023 Form Correction window is provided to candidates as a one-time window to edit their submitted application form. Candidates can make modifications to their name, DOB, gender, category, address, paper and exam city, etc. in the submitted GATE 2023 Application Form. Each modification done through GATE 2023 Form Correction window is charged with an additional fee of INR 500. GATE 2023 Form Correction window is scheduled to open from November 4 to 11, 2022.
