GATE EC 2025 : Exam Pattern

The GATE ECE exam consists of questions based on General Aptitude, Engineering Mathematics, and core Electronics and Communication Engineering subjects. The GATE ECE syllabus contains 65 questions with a total of 100 marks.

The allotted time for the GATE ECE computer-based test is 3 hours. GATE ECE paper consists of  Multiple choice questions, Multiple select questions, and Numerical Answer Type questions.
