Jio Platforms has picked up a 25% stake in US-based deep-tech startup company TWO Platforms for $15 million. Founded by Indian-origin computer scientist Pranav Mistry in July 2021, TWO Platforms is an artificial reality company that focuses on building interactive AI experiences. Its platform enables real-time AI voice and video calls, digital humans, immersive spaces, and life-like gaming.

Ajay Kumar Sonkar in Uttar Pradesh has been awarded the Padma Shri Award 2022 in the field of science and engineering.

Ajay Kumar Sonkar is an Indian scientist. He has shown the work of growing pearls in a flask through tissue culture. This new research by Dr. Ajay Sonkar was published in the September, 2021 issue of 'Aquaculture Europe Society', a scientific journal focused on the world of marine animals. In the year 2022, the Government of India has honored Ajay Kumar Sonkar with the Padma Shri.

Rigveda is the oldest Veda.

Rigveda is the oldest of the Vedas and in any indo-European language one of the oldest extant texts. The Rigveda is a set of ancient Indian texts comprising 1028 Sanskrit Hymns from the Vedic period and 10,600 verses devoted to the Rigvedic deities.

Rigveda, composed about 3500 years ago, includes more than a thousand hymns, called sukta or "well-said". These hymns are in praise of various gods and goddesses.

Distillation is a water purification method that utilizes heat to collect pure water in the form of vapour.

This method is effective by the fact that water has a lower boiling point than other contaminants and disease-causing elements found in water. Water is subjected to a heat source until it attains its boiling point and then left at the boiling point until it vaporizes. The vapour then is directed into a condenser to cool. The cooled water is then collected for drinking.

Gandhiji’s speech at Banaras in February 1916 was, merely a statement of fact – namely, that Indian nationalism was an elite phenomenon, a creation of lawyers and doctors and landlords.

A ball is thrown vertically upwards. Its velocity decreases during its motion but the acceleration remains the same.

During vertical upward motion the velocity decreases and at the highest point the velocity becomes zero. If the velocity of an object is changing equally in equal intervals of time, then its acceleration is said to be 'uniform'.

The Sea of Azov is an internal sea with passage to the Atlantic Ocean going through the Black, Marmara, Aegean, and Mediterranean seas. It is connected to the Black Sea by the Strait of Kerch, which at its narrowest has a width of 4 kilometers (2.5 mi) and a maximum depth of 15 meters (49 ft). 

• The Black Sea is a marginal sea of the Atlantic Ocean lying between Europe and Asia; east of the Balkans, south of the East European Plain in Eastern Europe, west of the Caucasus, and north of Anatolia in Western Asia. It is supplied by major rivers, principally the Danube, Dnieper, and Don.
• The Baltic Sea: It is an arm of the Atlantic Ocean, enclosed by Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, Poland, Russia, and the North and Central European Plain. The sea stretches from 53°N to 66°N latitude and from 10°E to 30°E longitude.
• The Mediterranean Sea is a sea connected to the Atlantic Ocean, surrounded by the Mediterranean Basin and almost completely enclosed by land: on the north by Western and Southern Europe and Anatolia, on the south by North Africa, and the east by the Levant.
• The North Sea is a sea of the Atlantic Ocean between Great Britain, Jutland, Norway, two States of Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Hauts-de-France. An epeiric sea on the European continental shelf connects to the ocean through the English Channel in the south and the Norwegian Sea in the north.

The Rig-Veda is the oldest of the four collections of hymns and other sacred texts known as the Vedas. It contains most of the information about the religious and social life of the early Vedic period. These works are considered the "sacred knowledge" of the Aryans. The Rig-Veda also contains ideas that served as the basis for India's system of castes(Varna). According to Brahminic ideology, Varṇa means hierarchizing society into classes.
