If North becomes South-East and South-East becomes West and the direction are arranged accordingly, then what will North-west become?

If South-West becomes North, North becomes South-East and so on, then what will come at place of South?

Boys and girls are made to sit in 7 rows and 7 columns all of them facing West. P is at the center of the arrangement, Q is just behind P, R is on the immediate left of Q, and S is to the West of P. Then R is in which direction with respect to S?
