Population is the main problem for India,as more the population more the resources required to satisfy their needs. As a result of higher population per capita income will be low. Therefore controlling rate of population is necessary for India in order to become a developed country.

Sustainable development is economic development that attempts to satisfy the needs of humans but in a manner that sustains natural resources and the environment for future generations. It can also be defined as that process of economic development which aims at maintaining the quality of life of both the present and the future generations without harming the natural resources and environment.

Per capita income is an average income and this average may not represent the standard of living of the people, if the increased national income goes to the few rich instead of giving to the many poor. If income goes to a few rich people this will create more inequality in the country and per capita income will not represent the true standard of living of the people.

Sustainable use of a non -renewable resources us necessary because any positive rate of exploitation will eventually lead to the exhaustion of earth's finite stock. Sustainable development stresses the role of the environment as capital that, if exhausted, cannot be replaced. It requires preservation of human capital, physical capital and natural capital.

These things cannot be bought with money because money can bought materialistic goods only.

Per capita income is often used to measure an area's average income. This is used to see the wealth of the population with those of others. Per capita income is often used to measure a country's standard of living. It is usually expressed in terms of a commonly used international currency such as the euro or US dollars.

Facilities for the family, opportunity to learn, chances of growth, working atmosphere and job security are some of the factors a person considers while excepting a job to a far off place.

Human development is about the real freedom ordinary people have to decide who to be, what to do, and how to live. It is concerned with the well-being of the people, their needs, choices and aspirations. All these help in building a right kind of society. It is all about the enlarging or widening the choices for the people. Human development focuses on the expansion of basic choices.

Potential energy resources are renewable resources which include wind, solar, geothermal, hydropower, tidal, and biomass energy. Unlike non-renewable resources, potential energy resources can be replenished easily.

If there is respect for women there would be more sharing of housework and a greater acceptance of women working outside. Moreover they learn to become independent and earn self respect in the family as well as outside.
