Employment is not secured is a feature of unorganized sector as workers in the organized sector enjoy security of employment. Rest of the three are features of organized sector.

Unorganised sector is one where the employment terms are not fixed and regular, as well as the enterprises, are not registered with the government. In short we can say that employment is subject to high degree of insecurity in an unorganised sector.

The organized sector covers those enterprises or places of work where the terms of employment are regular and therefore, people have assured work. Further if workers work more they have to be paid overtime by the employer. The unorganized sector is characterized by small and scattered units which do not follow proper for employment or give any leaves or any other benefit.

on the basis of ownership of enterprises, sectors are classified as Public and Private sectors. Public sector consists of enterprises which are owned, controlled and managed by government and private sector consists of enterprises which are owned, controlled and managed by individuals or are privately owned. The objective of public sector is to serve citizens of the country,  whereas the objective of private sector is to earn profit. 

WIPRO is a private sector enterprise which is managed, controlled and owned privately.

MTNL is a public enterprise which is a government undertaking. It is managed, controlled and owned by govt.

On the basis of economic activities in which the workers are engaged in, the economy is divided into three sectors which are as under: Raw Materials (Primary Sector),  Manufacturing and Industry (Secondary Sector) and Service Sector (Tertiary Sector).
