Primary sector deals with exploiting of natural resources. Fishing is a primary activity because we deal with natural resources that are fishes.

Bajaj electricals is a private enterprise because it is managed, controlled and owned privately or by individuals.

In disguised unemployment, people are apparently working but all of them are made to work less than their potential. Hence, it is hidden but not visible. This type of unemployment is mostly found in agricultural sector.

In agricultural sector we find that there are more people than required and there is a lot of underemployment or disguised unemployment. so, even if we remove lots of people from there then also the productivity is not affected. Therefore we can say that the productivity of some people working in agricultural sector is zero.

If a new dam is constructed and canals are dug to irrigate many such farms. This could lead to a lot of employment generation within the agricultural sector. As a result of which the problem of underemployment will be eliminated from this sector.

Setting up a dal mill, opening a cold storage, starting honey collection centres or setting up industries that process vegetables and agricultural produce will provide employment in semi-rural areas. Therefore these activities will help to increase the employment in semi-rural areas.

A study conducted by planning commission replaced by the NITI AAYOG in the year 2015 estimates that nearly 20 lakh jobs can be created in the education sector alone.

Every state or region has potential for increasing the income and employment for people in that area which inturn will increase the standard of living of the people of thet area. Planning and some support from the government can increase employment in that area.

The contribution of tourism to total employment of the Country during 2009-10, 2010-11 and 2011-12 was 10.17%, 10.78% and 11.49%, respectively. This contribution is increasing day by day and if tourism will be promoted a number of jobs will be provided in the urban areas.

An organised sector covers those enterprises or places of work where the terms of employment are regular and therefore, people have assured work. The number of working hours are fixed and if workers work for extra hours they are to be paid overtime by the employer. Organised sectors are registered by the government and have to follow its rules and regulations which are given in various laws such as the Factories Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Gratuity Act, Shops Act, etc. They are called organised because they have some processes and procedures.
