Youth Stage: In this stage, if rainfall occurs, the rainwater will start flowing along the natural slope towards the sea in the form of gullies, streams, and rivers.

Features:

1. The downward cutting by the streams,
2. The streams follow the natural slope,
3. Mountain summits are high and rugged,
4. Stream divides are broad and irregular

One end of the drumlins facing the glacier called the stoss end is blunter and steeper than the other end called tail. 

In times of sufficient water, the plain is covered up by a shallow water body. Such types of shallow lakes are called as playas where water is retained only for a short duration due to evaporation and quite often the playas contain good deposition of salts.

Wind erosion: Wind erodes the Earth's surface by deflation (the removal of loose, fine-grained particles by the turbulent action of the wind) and by abrasion (the wearing down of surfaces by the grinding action and sandblasting by windborne particles).

Drumlins are smooth oval-shaped ridge-like features composed mainly of glacial till with some masses of gravel and sand.

The high rocky coasts, the rivers appear to have been drowned with highly irregular coastline. The coastline appears highly indented with the extension of water into the land where glacial valleys (fjords) are present. The hill sides drop off sharply into the water. Shores do not show any depositional landforms initially.  Erosion features dominate.

The erosional landform consists of valleys.

A ground moraine is made of sediment that slowly builds up directly underneath a glacier by tiny streams, or as the result of a glacier meeting hills and valleys in the natural landscape.

Different landforms created on the surface of the earth because of erosion are called erosional landforms. Valleys, potholes, entrenched Meanders and river Terraces are some examples of erosional landforms.
