Abdur Razzaq was an ambassador sent to India by the Sultan of Persia- Shah Rukh. His narratives are rich and colourful and gives a detailed description of Kingdom of Vijayanagara.

François Bernier, a French physician and traveler, wrote extensively about his experiences in India during the Mughal period. His major work, "Travels in the Mogul Empire," was published in French in 1668-69. This publication provided European readers with valuable insights into the social, cultural, and political aspects of Mughal India, based on Bernier's observations and interactions during his travels.

Ibn Battuta returned home after approximately 30 years of traveling. He embarked on his journey in 1325 and returned to Morocco in 1354, having traveled extensively across Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and Europe.

Kitab-ul-Hind was written by Al-Biruni in 1031. It was considered with India and also known by the name of Tarikh-ul-Hind and Tahqiq-ma-ul-Hind. 

"Rihala," also known as "The Travels," is a travelogue written by Ibn Battuta, an explorer from Morocco who traveled extensively throughout the Islamic world and beyond in the 14th century. It details his journeys and experiences.

So, 1 and 2 only is correct.

Other than Abdur Razzaq other historians who visited Mughal courts like Bernier, Travernier too mentioned about Imperial kharkhanas.

Abdur Razzak was born on 7 November 1413 in Herat (presently in Afghanistan) to Jalal-ud-Din Ishaq.
