The constitution of India has granted equal rights to the men and women. According to article 14 – The State shall not deny to any person equality before law or the equal protection of laws within the territory of India. And Article 15 states – State shall not discriminate against any citizen on grounds only of religion, race, caste, sex, and place of birth or any of them. Although various efforts have been taken to improve the status of women in India, the constitutional dream of gender equality is miles away from becoming a reality.

It is rightly said that a right without a remedy is joke. Article 32 of the constitution of India provides for the constitutional remedies on violation of fundamental rights and their enforcement. It says that any person whose fundamental right has been violated can approach the supreme court by filing the writ petition.

Every person has the freedom to assemble peacefully without arms. However, the State can levy restrictions in the interest of public order and the sovereignty and integrity of the country. Citizens have the freedom to hold meetings, rallies, and demonstrations on any issue. They may want to discuss a problem, exchange ideas, mobilize public support to a cause, or seek votes for a candidate or party in an election. This is based on the right to freedom act. The very definition of the term democracy is depicted through this act. As citizens can hold meetings, rallies, and demonstrations, they can also protest against the government,  So, the equality and the right to question is also depicted. At a very basic level, the right to freedom is depicted. Hence, Option A is correct. The rest of the clauses are not the primary aim of holding meetings, hence, incorrect. 

The right against exploitation is one of the most vital fundamental rights given by the Indian Constitution. These rights aim at protecting citizens from being subjugated to environmental, domestic and work hazards. Article 23- (a) :- freedom from slavery, beggary or other forms of forced labour. The Stae has the power to introduce compulsory service for such persons in order to stop the practice. The State can not discriminate on the grounds of religion, caste, race, colour, etc. 

Article 24 of the Indian Constitution prohibits abolition of employment of children below the age of 14 years in dangerous jobs like factories and mines. The practice of bonded labour has also been declared unlawful. 

It prohibits all forms of forced labour, child labour and traffic of human beings. It is provided under Articles 23 and 24 of the Indian Constitution.

Article 29 gives a section of the people or whole of them the right to preserve their distinct language, script and culture. Article 30 gives all minorities the right to establish and administer the educational institutions of their choice. 

The Fundamental Rights are defined as basic human freedoms that every Indian citizen has the right to enjoy for a proper and harmonious growth and development of personality. These rights universally apply to all citizens, irrespective of race, place of birth, religion, caste or gender. Aliens (persons who are not citizens) are also considered in matters like equality before law. They are enforceable by the courts, subject to certain restrictions.

The Fundamental Rights is defined as the basic human rights of all citizens. These rights, defined in Part III of the Constitution, apply irrespective of race, place of birth, religion, caste, creed or gender. They are enforceable by the courts, subject to specific restrictions. Hence they make each individual realize their best.

Article 17 of Constitution of India declares untouchability as an offence. Untouchability is abolished and its practice in any form is forbidden The enforcement of any disability arising out of Untouchability shall be an offence punishable in accordance with law.

The right to property is not a Fundamental Right but it is a constitutional right. In the original Constitution, the right to property was listed as a fundamental right. By the 44th Amendment to the Constitution, the right to property was removed as a fundamental right and instead, a new provision was added to the Constitution i.e. Article 300-A making it a constitutional right.
