∴ x + 3x + 6x + 8x = 360°

18x = 360°

x = 20°

3x = 3×20° = 60°

6x = 6 × 20° = 120°

8x = 8 × 20° = 160°

Thus, the measures of the angles are 20°, 60°, 120° and 160°.

The correct answer is C.
