Underemployment refers to a job that is insufficient in some important way for a worker, relative to a standard, which results in the under-utilisation of the worker.
Examples include holding a part-time job despite desiring full-time work, and over qualification, where the employee has education, experience, or skills beyond the requirements of the job.

When people are considered as a resource it is called human resource. Human resource form an important part because any resource can be turned into a useful resource through human resource.

1:Soil erosion is the loss of top fertile layer of soil either by wind or by water.
India is facing this problem in many parts.
2:The area affected by soil erosion is 5, 00,000 square kilometres. It adversely affects productivity and economy of the country.
3:If the soil erosion is by wind it is called wind erosion.
4:Desertification is mainly caused by wind erosion.

The number of educated Indians increased considerably by the close of the 19th century. Large numbers of them were employed in the administration on low salaries. While many other faced unemployment. Their grievances made them look critically at the nature of British rule. These educated low paid and unemployed Indians became the followers of Assertive Nationalism.

Healthy living of people is considered to be the real wealth of the society because it correlates to the economy. The reason is if the citizens are strong and not prone to any diseases then the governments are not necessarily to spend a huge sum on improving medical facilities. Also, healthy citizens work more efficiently towards the development of a nation which improves the status of a country economically.

Human resources are the people who make up the workforce of an organization, business sector, or economy. "Human capital" is sometimes used synonymously with "human resources", although human capital typically refers to a more narrow view (i.e., the knowledge the individuals embody and economic growth). Likewise, other terms sometimes used include "manpower", "talent", "labour", "personnel", or simply "people".

A human-resources department (HR department) of an organization performs human resource management, overseeing various aspects of employment, such as compliance with labour law and employment standards, administration of employee benefits, and some aspects of recruitment and dismissal.
