The average temperature of the Earth remains fairly steady as compared to that of the Moon because of the atmosphere. It is the layer of gases surrounding the planet. Atmosphere, along with other factors, is responsible for life on earth.

Shisham tree is a commercially important species. It is a decidious tree. The dry decidious forest are usually found in areas having rainfall between 70 cm and 100 cm. These forests are found in the rainer parts of the peninsular plateau and in the plains of Bihar and UP. 

A region with high annual rainfall would not be suffering from water scarcity.  Also, a region having low rainfall and low population would not suffer from water scarcity.

However, A region having high annual rainfall and large population might have water scarcity. Similarly, A region having high annual rainfall but water is highly polluted would be suffering from water scarcity.

Hence two options B & C are correct.

India actually has two monsoons -
The southwest monsoon and the northeast monsoon. The southwest monsoon, which is the main monsoon, comes in from the sea and starts making its way up India's west coast in early June. By mid July, most of the country is covered in rain. This gradually starts clearing from most places in northwest India by October.
The northeast monsoon affects India's east coast during November and December. It's a short but intense monsoon. The states of Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Kerala receive most of their rainfall from the northeast monsoon, while the rest of the country receives most of its rainfall from the southwest monsoon.

Mango showers are the pre-monsoon showers in the Indian states of Karnataka, kerala, Konkan and Goa that help in the ripening of mangoes.  It is also known as April rains or summer showers.

The cities like Jaisalmer in Rajasthan and Leh in Ladakh receives the least rainfall. The average annual precipitation in these regions is less than 50 cms.

Hence option C is the correct answer.

Monsoon is the most dominating factor of Indian climate.  It is the seasonal wind circulation; it blows from the northeast during cooler months and reverses direction to blow from the southwest during the warmest months of the year. This process brings large amounts of rainfall to the region during June and July.

Hence Option A is the correct answer.
