Gram-positive bacteriahas peptidoglycan as a major constituent of cell wall.

The major component of the bacterial cell wall is peptidoglycan or murein. This rigid structure of peptidoglycan, specific only to prokaryotes, gives the cell shape and surrounds the cytoplasmic membrane. The NAG and NAM strands are synthesized in the cytosol of the bacteria.

Jharkharana, Sirohi and Marwari breeds which were taken under breed improvement programme by the Department of Animal Husbandry, Government of Rajasthan, are the form of Goats. Rajasthan is having three well-known breeds of goats i.e., Jakharana, Sirohi, and Marwari breeds. The goat population of Rajasthan is more than 216 million. The programme for goat development is mainly aimed to help in improving the weaker sections of society.

Amrapali:

This hybrid is from a cross of Dashehari and Neelum.It is dwarf, regular bearing and late maturing variety.The variety is suitable for high-density planting as about 1600 plants may be planted in a hectare.It yields on an average of 16 tonnes/hectare.

The optimum temperature range for ideal germination of wheat seed is \(20-25^{\circ} \mathrm{C}\) though the seeds can germinate in the temperature range \(3.5-35^{\circ} \mathrm{C}\). Rains just after sowing hamper germination and encourage seedling blight. Areas with a warm and damp climate are not suited for wheat growing.

Cytoplasmic male sterility is best suited for hybrid seed production ofVegetatively propagated crops.

Cytoplasmic male sterility (CMS), a condition under which a plant is unable to produce functional pollen, is widespread among higher plants. CMS systems represent a valuable tool in the production of hybrid seed in self-pollinating crop species, including maize, rice, cotton, and a number of vegetable crops.

A disorder characterized by gas distention in the rumen, seen on the animal’s left side is commonly referred to as bloat.Bloat is a form of indigestion marked by excessive accumulation of gas in the rumen. Immediately after cattle consume a meal, the digestive process creates gases in the rumen. Most of the gases are eliminated by eructation (belching).

Agricultural drought by definition refers to conditions that result in adverse plant responses, which can range from reduced crop and forage yields to total crop or forage failure. Deficient topsoil moisture at planting may hinder germination, leading to low plant populations per hectare and a reduction of final yield. This duration starts from may to mid-October. When available water supplies are unable to meet the needs of crops or livestock at a particular time, agricultural drought may ensue.

Sun Cured Natu or Country tobacco is principally grown as a rainfed winter crop in the black cotton soils having a pH range of \(7.5\) to \(8.5\). The cultivation of this variety as a commercial crop was first promoted by VST in \(1952\). Due to increasing domestic demand for this variety, its cultivation over the years has been extended into the districts of Telngana and Rayalaseema.

A terrarium, also called a glass garden.

It is an enclosure with glass sides, and sometimes a glass top, arranged for keeping plants or terrestrial or semi-terrestrial animals indoors.

The purpose may be decoration, scientific observation, or plant or animal propagation.

Plants commonly grown in terraria at cool temperatures include mosses, lichens, bloodroot, wood ferns, violets, trailing arbutus, and anemones.
