In this question the left hand image in each row always contains the shapes from the last two images in the same row.

The shape from the third image in the row is placed at the left hand side of the first image and the shape from the fourth image in the row is placed at the right hand side of the first image.

The missing shape therefore contains the sun and the cloud in that order.

Each block in the series contains three rows of triangles. Firstly, at each step in the series, the central triangle alternates between a black shading and a white shading. Secondly, the ‘black shading’ of the sixth triangle (the third triangle on the second row) moves around the perimeter by one triangle for each step in the series. Thus between box 1 and 2 the ninth triangle (the third triangle on the third row) becomes black, and at the same step the ‘black shading’ of the sixth triangle disappears, leaving its original white shading.
