'Harshacharita' is the historical epic of Vanabhatta. Baan has called it a story. In this story divided into eight exhalations, Banabhatta has described the life story of Harshavardhana, the Maharaja of Sthanavisvara. In the first three Uchhavas, Baan has described his lineage and his biography in detail. The real story of Harshachachit begins with the fourth exhalation. In this, a sublime description of the energetic character of Harshavardhana has been given from Pushpabhuti, the originator of Harshavardhana to Emperor Harshavardhana. 'Harshachit' is the first attempt to write prose on a historical subject. The language of this historical poem is completely poetic.

The Constituent Assembly was constituted in November 1946 under the scheme formulated by the Cabinet Mission Plan.Thus, statement 1is not correct.
