Landlocked means enclosed on all sides by land. A landlocked port, therefore, must be a port in a lake that is completely enclosed by land .However, if you meant which is the deepest port in India, it is Vishakapatnam, which is naturally deep and hence, called a natural harbour.

Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik unveiled bilingual tribal dictionaries to help preserve and promote tribal languages in the state. The bilingual tribal dictionaries for MLE (multilingual education) and trilingual tribal language proficiency modules in all the 21 tribal languages have been formulated by the Special Development Council.
