Height of toy = 7cm
radius of hemisphere = radius of cone =3cm

height of conical portion = 7 - 3 = 4cm

slant height of conical part = 5cm
(using pythagorus theorem)

Total surface area of toy = curved surface area of cone +curved surface area of hemisphere =

3.14 x 3 x 5 + (2/3) x 3.14 x 27 = 103.6cm²
