The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will release the NDA 2 application form for 2025 on May 28, 2025. Candidates interested in appearing for the NDA 2 2025 exam can submit their applications until June 17, 2025. The application fee can be paid through both online and offline modes. The official notification will also announce the available NDA 2 vacancies for 2025. Before filling out the application form, candidates must complete the One-Time Registration (OTR) process. After successful registration, they can proceed with submitting their NDA application.

 How to Fill the NDA 2025 Online Form? 

Pre-Requisites for Applying Online

Before filling out the application form, candidates must provide essential details like:

  • Personal Information: Name, Date of Birth, Father’s & Mother’s Name, Gender, Nationality, etc.
  • Educational Qualifications: Class 10 & 12 details.
  • Communication Details: Address, Email ID, and Mobile Number.
  • NDA Age Limit: Candidates must be between 16 and 19 years old.
  • Eligibility: Students who have passed or are currently appearing for their Class 12 exams can apply.

Documents Required for NDA Application

Candidates need to upload the following documents in the specified format:
Scanned Photograph & Signature
Photo Identity Card in PDF format (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, PAN Card, Passport, Driving License, School ID, or any other Govt. issued ID)
Class 10 & 12 Mark Sheets and Admit Cards

 NDA One-Time Registration (OTR) 

One-Time Registration (OTR) is mandatory for filling out the NDA application form. Once registered, candidates can use the same credentials to apply for all UPSC exams.

🔹 OTR remains open throughout the year, so candidates can register anytime.
🔹 If already registered, they can proceed directly to the NDA application.

During OTR registration, candidates must enter:

  • Personal Information (Name, Gender, DOB, Parents’ Names)
  • Education Details (Board Exam Roll Number)
  • Mobile Number & Security Questions

📌 After completing OTR, candidates can log in anytime to check their details, apply for exams, and track their application status.

Steps to Register for OTR

1️⃣ Visit the official UPSC website.
2️⃣ Click on the "New Registration" option under OTR.
3️⃣ Log in using Email ID, Mobile Number, or OTR ID to verify details.
4️⃣ Go to the "Latest Notification" tab and apply for NDA 2025.

 NDA Application Form 2025: Part 1 

The NDA application process is divided into two parts: Part I & Part II.

Steps to Complete NDA Part 1 Application

📌 Page 1: Candidate Registration

  • Fill in personal details like Name, Date of Birth, Aadhaar Number, Nationality, Marital Status, etc.
  • Provide contact details (Address, Email ID, and Mobile Number).

📌 Page 2: Choosing Branch Preferences

  • Select the preferred branch: Army, Navy, or Air Force.
  • Rank your preferences from 1 to 4.
  • Indicate if you are a Sainik/Military School student or the child of a JCO/NCO/Other Rank officer.

📌 Page 3: Verification of Details

  • Carefully review all the details before proceeding, as no corrections will be allowed after submission.

📌 Page 4: Generation of Registration ID

  • Once the form is submitted, the system generates a Registration ID.
  • This ID, along with personal details, will also be sent to the candidate’s registered email ID.

 NDA Application Form 2025: Part 2 

Step 1: Payment of Application Fee

The NDA application fee can be paid via:
Online Mode: Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking
Offline Mode: Cash payment at SBI Bank Branch (via system-generated pay-in slip)

Category Fees (INR)
General/OBC ₹100
SC/ST/Sons of JCOs/NCOs/ORs/Women Nil (No Fee)

Note: Fees once paid are non-refundable.

Step 2: Selection of NDA Exam Centre

  • Candidates must select three preferred exam centres.
  • Allotment is based on a first-apply-first-serve basis.

Step 3: Uploading Required Documents

📌 Scanned Photograph & Signature
📌 Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, etc.)

🔹 File Size Limit: 20 KB - 300 KB

 Final Submission 

✅ Before submitting, candidates must agree to the declaration.
✅ After submission, they can view/print their application form.
