Ques. Will KVPY 2022 be postponed?

Ans. After studying previous years exam trends, there is a good chance that the exam will be delayed due to COVID -19 pandemic.

Ques. Will there be an interview for KVPY 2022?

Ans. Yes, the Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana (KVPY) is expected to be scheduled for the 3rd Week of January 2023.

Ques. Can I avail the KVPY Fellowship along with another scholarship?

Ans. No, KVPY does not allow its Fellows to hold any other government or private scholarship when they are KVPY fellowship holders.

Ques. What is the exam pattern of the KVPY exam?

Ans. The KVPY exam consists of objective-type questions of 100 marks. The paper will have two sections- Part-I and Part-II. The duration of the exam will be three hours.

Ques. What documents are required that students need to submit at the time of the KVPY interview?

Ans. Students need to provide the following documents at the time of the interview- Interview call letter, Attested copies of marks sheet, Caste certificate (if applicable), study certificate form, self-appraisal form and Teacher Recommendation form.

Ans. For application-related queries, the students can contact the KVPY officials on their email- applications.kvpy@iisc.ac. in and for fellowship related queries students can contact fellowship.kvpy@iisc.ac.in.

Ques. How many students apply each year for the KVPY examination?

Ans. Every year 50,000+ candidates apply for the KVPY examination.
