Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) will release the JNVST Class 6 exam result in January 2026, and the cut-off list will be published in April 2026.
Students whose marks are above the minimum cut-off will be included in the final selection list. Selected students will be able to check their merit status on navodaya.gov.in.

How Is JNVST Cut-off 2026 Decided?
The cut-off marks depend on several factors:
- Difficulty level of the exam
- Total number of students appearing
- Availability of seats (around 80 seats in each district)
- Previous years cut-off trend
- Category of the student – General, OBC, SC, ST etc
What After Getting Selected in Merit List?
- If your name appears in the NVS Merit List 2026:
- Download the selection list on the official website.
- Keep all the required documents (Birth Certificate, Income Certificate, Caste Certificate etc.) ready.
- Report to the respective JNV on time and complete the admission process.
